Introductory Classes

  • Introductory and intermediate sessions for ages 10 -16
  • Conversational Classes suitable for children ages 16 and above and mature adults
  • Individual or group sessions

$35 CAD/Hr

Exam Preparation

  • Assistance with high school or college level German classes
  • Assistance with Goethe Institut international certification (A1 and A2 for youth and adults; B1 and B2 for adults)
  • Individual or group sessions

  • A typical course plan is designed to enhance your abilities in 4 key areas: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. You’ll be assessed on your prior knowledge if any and a tailor-made plan is designed to assist you in learning the German language and developing the above mentioned skills in an interactive and engaging manner.

  • It is important that you feel comfortable with your tutor before you commit to your sessions. For this reason, I offer a free 30 minute consultation. During this period we get to know each other and learn a few of the German concepts in a fun and engaging manner.

  • A participant who is committed to the learning journey can expect to cover the A1 syllabus and develop the skills pertaining to this level within a 3 month period with a time commitment of 1.5 to 2 hours online sessions a week with me.

  • All classes are on Zoom and a link will be provided to you once booking is confirmed.

    There are currently no in-person classes available.

  • Yes I offer preparatory sessions for the Goethe international certification exams.

  • All payments are made through PayPal.

    Payments of 10 hour session slots are required after your one 30 minute consultation should you decide to continue with me. For subsequent sessions, payment is required within 24 hours of the expiry of prior sessions.
